Maura Ginty

Maura GInty (FOUNDER)

Maura gets into the detail, solves problems and gets things done. 

Background

Maura had over 16 years tax experience in KPMG across most sectors - she worked mainly with private Irish clients but also Irish and foreign multinationals.  

She has advised Irish and international businesses at all stages of development from start-up, expansion in Ireland and abroad, acquisition, day-to-day operations, restructuring to ultimately succession or sale. 

Maura frequently presents on topical tax matters to both Chartered Accountants Ireland and other industry groups. She is former chair of North West Society of Chartered Accountants and sits on Chartered Accountants Tax Committee which engages with Irish Revenue and Government on tax policy.

Education

Maura is a member of the Irish Tax Institute and a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.  She has a degree in law and accounting from the University of Limerick.

Laura Quinn

LAURA QUINN

Laura has nearly 20 years experience in Irish and international tax. She began her tax career with KPMG before moving into the multinational sector, where she focused on international tax planning and compliance for entities across Europe and Africa.

More recently, Laura has shifted her focus and enthusiasm back to Irish tax and now specialises in advising early stage businesses with EIIS and SURE programmes. She is motivated to provide timely and practical solutions that help businesses move forward in a tax efficient manner.

Among other matters, she also advises on corporate restructurings, family succession, and estate planning with the aim of minimising the tax burden for clients in these areas.

Education

Laura is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. She has a BA in Accounting and Finance and Masters of Accounting from Dublin City University.


Ellen Keegan

Chartered Tax Adviser, BA Law & Business, MSc (Corporate Finance)

ELLEN KEEGAN

Ellen joined the firm in August 2024. Ellen advises on company sales and restructures, succession and estate planning including trusts/partnerships and private individuals moving to Ireland. Ellen also assists with Revenue interventions and disclosures, as well as providing advice on complex technical tax queries.

Ellen is enthusiastic about helping clients manage their tax exposure effectively.  Ellen seeks to provide tax solutions in clear and simple language to ensure clients feel informed and in control as they look ahead.  

EDUCATION

Ellen began her tax career in BDO, advising corporate and private clients on tax planning and compliance while completing her Chartered Tax Adviser qualification.

Ellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business from Maynooth University and Masters in Corporate Finance from NUI Galway. Ellen is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
